The compliance market is growing rapidly since more and more industry standards and regulations are published – because of their complexity, it is challenging for smaller companies to implement them without expert help.

About the Position

We are looking for an experienced salesperson, that can function as either an inside salesperson (closing leads given to you) or an outside salesperson (generating and closing your own leads, either from the contacts in our CRM or lists that are given to you).  This role is primarily inbound sales, but there may be scenarios where we need you to assist with outbound sales with a portion of your time.  The commission plan is uncapped, so the more you sell, the more you make.

You will be responsible for responding to email or phone leads, nurturing those leads over time, and converting them into sales.  You will have a monthly quota that you will be in charge of hitting.  You will need to become comfortable using Hubspot as our primary CRM and customer communication tool.  This position will be managed by the company’s head of sales and marketing, and you may be asked to provide customer input to assist us in our strategic planning efforts.

This is a full time role, working from your home.  We are open to salespeople from all regions, but preferable if in a similar European time zone (or willing to work during such hours).

  • Manage cross-department work and collaborate with all others.
  • Participate in weekly one-on-one meetings with your manager.
  • Manage all efforts through our Hubspot CRM
  • Limited travel will be required of this position.

  • Relationships with companies need compliance solutions, a nice-to-have.

Compensation

  • Salary in $50,000 range, based on experience.
  • Opportunities for sales commissions to potentially double that, if hitting your goals.
  • Vacation time and other incentives after six month anniversary.
