The compliance market is growing rapidly since more and more industry standards and regulations are published – because of their complexity, it is challenging for smaller companies to implement them without expert help.

About the position

We are looking for a long-term contractor for the position of Lead UX/UI designer.

This position is a fully remote role, with expected engagement up to 5 hours per week in the beginning. Later, the workload will be scaled according to the requirements of the ongoing projects.

The candidate will be in direct contact with the Marketing director, product managers, IT department and developers, and other people involved in making key decisions related to the project.

Responsibilities

• Taking a leading role in the design team
• Giving directions in producing prototyping, wireframes, and final designs with highly intuitive and user-friendly concepts
• Research, analyze, and understand customer profiles and market trends
• Discover use cases, flows, customer journeys, and present design strategies for seamless user experience
• Getting to know the business model, products, services, and customer profile
• Performing UX Audits and bringing up proposals for improvements for easing usage, increasing traffic, and increasing quality leads through innovative UX ideas
• Setting up processes related to the organization of design creations

Requirements

• At least 5 years of experience in UX/UI design jobs
• Excellent understanding of end-user-oriented UX/UI
• Experience as a team leader
• Knowledge of A/B testing tools
• Working with Sketch, AdobeXD, and InVision
• Fluent in English

• You know how WordPress, HTML, JS, CCS, React.js, and Vue.js work
• Object-oriented programming is not unfamiliar to you
