We sell the products globally, and the main markets are North America, Europe, and Australia. The compliance market is growing rapidly since more and more industry standards and regulations are published. Because of their complexity, it is challenging for smaller companies to implement them without expert help.

*ABOUT THIS ROLE*

One of our main marketing strategies is to build strong content and attract massive traffic on our website - this is why we need a savvy Search Engine Optimization (SEO) expert to guide this whole effort. You should operate without much direction but be excited to work closely with a team. 

We expect the engagement of ca 40 hours per month, and we can arrange a payment per hour or agree on a lump-sum. 

This position will report directly to the Marketing director.


*JOB DESCRIPTION*

  • Train web developers about SEO techniques.
  • Perform technical SEO & architecture audit.
  • Collaborate with marketing professionals to develop keyword lists.
  • Develop content marketing strategy. 
  • Perform ongoing keyword expansion and optimization.
  • Work with editorial and marketing teams to drive SEO in content creation and content programming.
  • Analyze advertising links for similar organizations in the industry.
  • Optimize landing pages for search engine marketing (SEM).
  • Train stakeholders about how to read dashboard feedback and metrics.
  • Review existing web content, landing pages, and metrics to make actionable recommendations.
  • Develop metrics to measure the achievement of goals.
  • Collect and analyze data to identify trends in the webspace.
  • Analyze competitor link profile. 
  • Suggest strategies for white-hat link building. 
  • Execute link building campaigns.  


*JOB REQUIREMENTS* 

  • 5 years of experience in search engine optimization.
  • Strong analytical thinking and communication skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication in English.
  • In-depth knowledge of website analytics tools.
  • Adequate knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript.
  • Experience in web statistics, marketing, and business development.
